Missing OpenGL extensions in guest

Description
I have a Linux host with Intel Ironlake Mobile Integrated Graphics. I can run glxinfo in the host, which returns a list of available extensions. In the Windows guests (Windows Xp & Windows 7), OpenGL Extension Viewer reports many of these extensions as missing. As a result of this, the Direct 3D driver in the Windows guest reports shader model 2.0. Wine's D3D driver (running in the host) reports shader model 3, which means the Ironlake is capable of SM 3.
