Version 7.0.0.8 Guest Ubuntu boot time slow

Host windows 11 pro (uptodate) Guest Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS (uptodate : apt update/upgrade) Virtualbox version 7.0.0.8

Problem :

Boot time very slow vboxadd.service not running

FIND A WORK A ROUND : see attachement (HOW TO DO IT ? so in the description !): Virtualbox 7.0.0.8 installed on Windows host.

File manager copy old addon

Remove Guest AddOn: sudo sh VBoxLinuxAdditions.run uninstall Reboot

Install old Gust add-on (version 7.0.0_BETA3

mkdir /media/iso sudo mount -o loop VBoxGuestAdditions_7.0.0_BETA3 /media/iso cd /media/iso ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

Reboot
